Our goal with Kiawah Island was to build a social media presence that matched the caliber of one of South Carolina's most iconic luxury communities — where world-class golf, pristine beaches, and high-value real estate come together in a truly special way. By developing a content strategy laser-focused on reaching the right buyers in the right markets, we aimed to drive meaningful web traffic and deliver measurable impact on property listings.

 

At the start of our partnership, we established a structured content plan centered on connecting Kiawah's listings with high-intent buyers across key feeder markets including South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Ohio, Virginia, and New York. This framework set the foundation for a consistent and targeted social presence, allowing us to highlight Kiawah's real estate offerings in a way that resonated with luxury buyers and drove them directly to property listing pages. By implementing a data-driven content strategy, we successfully turned social media into a reliable pipeline for qualified web traffic. Over six months, social content drove 10,095 active users to Kiawah's website, with real estate property listings ranking as the top destination pages every single month. In February alone, social-driven traffic surged 235% month-over-month, reaching 2,529 active users in a single month — delivering exactly the audience Kiawah's listings are built for.
